Theo Silberston

Theo Silberston is the founder and host of Life After, a podcast where young people share their experiences of grief and how loss has shaped them. He created Life After as a space for grieving young adults after losing his dad to cancer at eight and his brother to the same illness ten years later. Through honest conversations, the podcast aims to support those navigating grief and encourage all of us to speak openly about loss.

Beyond the podcast, Theo leads Shared Horizon, an organisation helping communities imagine and create more just and sustainable futures together. He previously worked with the United Nations Environment Programme on projects tackling chemical pollution and with the United Nations Human Settlements Programme on climate adaptation in cities.
