Nicky Dias
Nicky is the National Clinical Governance Lead for Cruse Bereavement Support – the UK’s largest bereavement support charity. Nicky has been working for Cruse for over 20 years working on clinical policy development. She is also the National Designated Lead for Safeguarding in Cruse which includes leading on criminal record checking. Nicky’s bereavement work spans from strategic roles through to providing emotional support for bereaved people. In 2017, Nicky was part of the lead major incident response team for the Grenfell Tower Fire and the London Bridge attack, providing support to those affected by the incidents. Alongside this, Nicky is a member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Steering group in Cruse since 2021. Nicky is enthusiastic about equality, diversity and inclusion.
