Join us at The Art B&B for a relaxed and informal Grief Café in a creative community space. This is a place to pause, meet others and gently explore the ways love and loss shape our lives.

It isn’t counselling or therapy, and you don’t need to have the right words, a particular story, or any experience of talking about grief. Instead, you’ll be gently guided through an open conversation, with space to listen, reflect and share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

There’s no expectation to ‘move on’ or find answers. Just a welcoming space to talk, listen and navigate some of life’s more complicated feelings together.

Access information: Step-free access is available to the event spaces, with accessible toilets. The venue has lift access. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance.
