We know that talking about death, dying and grief can feel difficult.
This friendly workshop is here to help you feel more confident and supported when having these important conversations. It offers practical skills and helpful information to support family members, friends and loved ones through difficult times.
During the session, we will explore topics, including:
- Planning ahead and making wishes known
- Supporting someone living with a serious illness
- Being there for someone nearing the end of life
- Recognising the signs that someone may be dying
- Saying goodbye
- Coping with grief and adjusting after a death
The workshop is led by experienced healthcare professionals from Trinity Hospice and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.
