Dr Lucy Hone PhD is a global resilience and grief researcher, bestselling author of Resilient Grieving and How Will I Ever Get Through This?, and an internationally sought-after speaker. After the death of her 12-year-old daughter, Dr Lucy turned her academic expertise toward understanding what truly supports people to adapt when life unravels.
