Sometimes, grief can make you feel overwhelmed and anxious. But yoga can be a very effective way to release the tension and stress that feels trapped inside our bodies.
In this online event, we welcome experienced yoga teacher Pip Roberts, who’ll show you how to use breathing, gentle movements and rest to help release physical and emotional tensions.
You’ll learn gentle yoga moves from the comfort of your own home, and you’re totally free to pause at any time (you can rewatch the session as many times as you like too). The programme will be suitable no matter what your experience level – even if you’ve never tried yoga before.
